Measurement database
====================

The ``xrdt database`` CLI allows to summarise and compare measurements.

  Usage: xrdt database [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

    CLI to manage XRD measurements.

  Options:
    --db-file PATH  Path to the database file (CSV).  [default:
                    /home/cschrein/.local/share/xrdt/measurements.csv]
    --help          Show this message and exit.

  Commands:
    compare   Compare measurements registered in the DB.
    compound  List measurements of certain compound registered in DB.
    list      List DB file content.
    sample    List all measurements registered for a certain sample in the DB.
